Lacto Fermented 1 topic

Lacto Fermented foods have been around for thousands of years. Basically if you have Salt, a jar which seals and some vegetable matter - You're good to go! It's mostly a hobby for us. But there are some things we regularly ferment and always have in the cupboard because they are much better than the fresh version for some recipes - Think Garlic.......
